How to create your personal study timetable
Add your subjects, weekly target hours and priority. Set the morning, evening or night sessions when you can realistically study, choose your study days, then click Generate balanced plan. Tap any block afterward to add a chapter or revise the allocation.
Planning for SEE and NEB students in Nepal
A useful plan must fit around school, tuition, travel, homework and rest. The default includes morning, evening and night sessions across the full week, but it is only a starting point. Remove sessions you cannot sustain and give higher priority to difficult subjects or nearby examinations.
Weekly targets instead of an unrealistic daily promise
The generator works from weekly target hours. This makes it easier to balance Mathematics, Science, languages and optional subjects across several days. The progress section compares planned time with each target, making shortages visible before you print the routine.
Worked example
| Subject | Target | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Mathematics | 5 hours/week | High |
| Science | 4 hours/week | High |
| English | 3 hours/week | Medium |
| Nepali | 3 hours/week | Medium |
| Social Studies | 3 hours/week | Medium |
If the available timetable contains fewer hours than these targets, the generator prioritizes the higher-priority subjects first. If more time is available, it continues spreading sessions proportionally.
Healthy and realistic use
This is a planning aid, not a rule that every block must be completed. Keep time for sleep, meals, movement and short breaks. Adjust the routine after practice tests reveal weak topics, and avoid filling every free hour simply because the grid allows it.
Frequently asked questions
How does the automatic study-plan generator work?
It distributes your available weekly study blocks according to each subject's target hours and priority. It also reduces immediate repetition of the same subject where another useful choice is available.
Can I change the automatically generated timetable?
Yes. Tap any block to change the subject, leave it free, or add a chapter, revision task or model-question target.
Can I use this for SEE, NEB and entrance preparation?
Yes. Subjects, targets, priorities, study days and session times are fully editable, so the planner can be used for SEE, Grade 11/12, bachelor-level or entrance preparation.
Does the timetable remain saved?
It is saved automatically in browser storage on the current device. Nothing is uploaded, but clearing browser data can remove the saved timetable.
