SEE result
1. How to check SEE result safely
Start from the official SEE/OCE website or the current NEB/SEE notice. The active result link can change by year, but SEE result notices commonly point users to official partner websites such as Nepal Telecom for result checking.
Grade 12
2. How to check NEB Grade 12 result
For Grade 12, begin from the National Examination Board website. NEB currently exposes Grade 12 result links through the Nepal Telecom result portal, but the safe habit is the same every year: open NEB first, then follow the official result link.
Process
3. Result-check steps
- 1
Open the official notice first
Start from NEB or SEE/OCE, not Facebook screenshots. Confirm the result year, official portal, SMS/IVR format and required fields before entering data.
- 2
Choose SEE or NEB Grade 12 route
SEE and Grade 12 results can use different portals and fields. Do not enter Grade 12 symbol details into an SEE page or vice versa.
- 3
Enter symbol number carefully
Copy the symbol number exactly from the admit card. If the portal rejects it, check spacing, slash, hyphen, leading zero and exam year.
- 4
Use backup methods during heavy traffic
Result websites can go down or slow during peak hours. Use the official SMS/IVR method from the notice, try later, or confirm through the school.
- 5
Save screenshot or print only for personal reference
Online result views are useful for quick checking. For official use, wait for the school/NEB-issued grade sheet, transcript or migration certificate as required.
- 6
Calculate GPA and plan next step
Use Tools Pasal's SEE or NEB GPA calculator to understand grades, but treat official NEB/SEE documents as the final record.
Heavy traffic
4. What to do when the result website is down
SEE and Grade 12 result days can overload websites. That does not mean your result is lost. Slow down, avoid random links, and use only the backup method published in the current official notice.
- Refresh slowly; repeated rapid refresh can keep failing.
- Try the official Nepal Telecom result link if NEB/SEE notice lists it.
- Use SMS or IVR only with the exact format from the current official notice.
- Ask your school when online portals remain overloaded.
- Do not post symbol number, DOB or result screenshot publicly.
After result
5. Understand GPA after checking result
Once the official portal shows grades, use a calculator only to understand the result. Admission offices and schools use the official grade sheet/transcript, not a calculator screenshot.
Avoid scams
6. Result-day mistakes to avoid
- Searching “SEE result” and opening the first random ad result.
- Entering symbol number on websites not linked by NEB/SEE notice.
- Trusting “result leaked” social posts before official publication.
- Paying anyone to “unlock” the result early.
- Confusing online result with final transcript/grade sheet.
- Using the wrong year or wrong symbol format.
- Sharing result screenshots with personal details visible.
